Exactly what it says on the cover.  This is a great starter guide to AdWords, but don't confuse "starter" with "basic" - it covers plenty of advanced techniques and concepts too.  Perry Marshall is an acknowledged world expert on AdWords and Internet Marketing generally.  It is well worth checking out his website and signing up for his free newsletters and webinars.
